We have made great progress at Norwood Green this year. Please see our latest project update video below.
We received such positive feedback to our first publication last summer we decided to issue a winter edition that celebrates life in Norwood as the days become shorter and the nights cooler.
Winter is the time of year we retreat indoors. In some respects, winter arrived early as we were encouraged to stay home and help slow the spread of COVID-19. This edition of heart&soul celebrates home living.
At Norwood Green, it is fantastic to see the new heart of the inner east continuing to take shape. Construction of the Chapel and Appelbee townhouses is now well underway and we will shortly release the much anticipated Muller townhouses, which are the largest of the project. This month’s opening of the new ALDI Supermarket is also a major project milestone that sees us moving another step closer to realising the vision for our Norwood Green master-planned community. ♥
Buying at the very popular Norwood Green just got more enticing with significant new grants offered by the Government. Up to $40K in grants available to new buyers.
With the new ALDI store officially opening on June 17th and construction of the first stage townhouses progressing well, please see our latest project update video below.

With the sell out of the first stage townhouses and the significant market response to the first stage apartments, we are pleased to announce the release of the Stephen building.
This release introduces a new selection of 1, 2 & 3br apartments with sensational views back over Norwood to Mt Lofty. In anticipation of this release, several of the apartments have already been secured by local buyers who recognise the impact that this development will have on the Norwood landscape.
The first edition of our free Norwood Green heart&soul street magazine was published in December 2019.
The 16 page publication celebrates Norwood’s vibrant community and includes a progress update on the Norwood Green development as well as articles on interior trends, sustainable architectural design and upcoming local events.
Businesses within walking distance to Norwood Green are also highlighted to showcase the area’s appeal as a place to ‘meet, greet and eat’ and locals share their thoughts on what they love about Norwood.
Copies of heart&soul are available now from local retailers and the Norwood Green Display Centre at 100 Magill Road or read our online version here:
